We have a lot going on and a lot of new clients and projects to share with you. We are working on some updates and will share those with you soon. What they do is capture knowledge and make it easy to share that knowledge.  Lets say you're a building engineer and you know every little detail about your building. What happens if you go on vacation? How does the temporary engineer do their job? Well, if you let TeamReadiness capture the knowledge of the main building engineer (they do this through video) then the temporary engineer can log onto TRM OnDemand (which is TeamReadiness' online software that allows for easy knowledge sharing) and he can see all of that knowledge online and know how to do his job.
